Looking to strengthen your core, lower back, glutes, hips, and thighs? TC30 is your low-impact, high-results workout designed to target your entire midsection — front and back

 
Expect a fun 30-minute session that mixes standing and floor-based moves, all focused on building a strong, stable body. It’s perfect for improving your posture, tightening your waistline, and supporting your overall fitness.

If you’ve just smashed the 6:30pm BeatBodi class, TC30 is the ultimate finisher! You’ll torch through the last of your energy reserves, tighten your core, and enhance your fat burn — all while keeping it low-impact and joint-friendly.
