Data protection

We are delighted to have you with us and we would like to keep in touch with you. We would love to keep you informed of what’s going on in within the parishes.

Data protection is a way of ensuring your information is held only as you wish it to be held.
As a result of changes in data protection regulations, which came into effect in 2018, we are required to obtain your consent to hold and use your personal details to contact you about any aspect of church life. Should you change your mind, at any time, about how you want to be contacted, you have every right to do so. Your privacy is important to us, and we want to communicate with all people in a way which has their consent, and which is in line with UK law on data protection.

The attached document sets out the General Data Protection Regulations as they are applied to the parish.
